Time capsule installation in Metro Arts - there is a consistent slippage within the installation between the feeling of comfort and discomfort, security and uneasiness. The structure appeals aesthetically from afar with overwhelming glitz, however once close to the tent the flaws in stitching become more apparent with fraying and tears. The installation holds extreme kitsch and tacky elements, further emphasised with the addition of alfoil and glitter.
